After jumping at the end of season two, Star Trek: Discovery season three meets the US. Discovery team coming out of the wormhole and into an unknown future far from the house they knew. Now living in a time full of uncertainty, the US The discovery team, along with the help of some new friends, must fight together to regain a promising future. Star Trek: Discovery Season Three is scheduled to debut in 2020 exclusively at CBS All Access in the US.

During the panel, executive producer Alex Kurtzman also surprised audience members when he announced that the upcoming installments of Short Treks will start coming out today, with the first new short "Q&A" available now to air on CBS All Access. Written by Michael Chabon and directed by Mark Pellington, "Q&A" follows Ensign Spock's (Ethan Peck) first day aboard the US. Company, which does not follow planned when he and Number One (Rebecca Romijn) are unexpectedly trapped together in a turbo lift.

Finally, the new Star Trek: Picard trailer came online and the series official release date was also revealed. Star Trek: Picard premieres on Thursday, January 23, 2020. New episodes of the first season of Picard's 10 episodes will be available weekly on Thursdays exclusively for CBS All Access US subscribers.

Star Trek: Picard features Sir Patrick Stewart reprising his iconic role as Jean-Luc Picard, which he played for seven seasons in "Star Trek: The Next Generation." The new series will follow this iconic character in the next chapter of his life. Along with Stewart, Star Trek: Picard will also star Isa Briones, Santiago Cabrera, Michelle Hurd, Alison Pill, Harry Treadaway and Evan Evagora. The series is produced by CBS Television Studios in association with Secret Hideout and Roddenberry Entertainment. Alex Kurtzman, Michael Chabon, Akiva Goldsman, James Duff, Patrick Stewart, Heather Kadin, Rod Roddenberry and Trevor Roth are executive producers and Aaron Baiers (Secret Hideout) serves as co-executive and Kirsten Beyer as supervisor. Hanelle Culpepper directed the first two episodes of the series.
