Frank Lampard has named four players as priorities as he plans to spend his £ 150 million transfer budget in January, according to reports.
The Sport Arbitration Tribunal (CAS) suspended FIFA's embargo on Chelsea on Saturday following the Premier League club's appeal against the sanction related to the hiring of young foreign players.
A report by The Guardian said earlier this month that Chelsea chief Lampard received a budget of £ 150 million for January.
The summer ban allowed Lampard to quietly follow his preparations for the season, with the former midfielder giving the youngsters a chance at his start in XI.
However, it now appears that the former Derby County coach could strengthen his Chelsea team before the second half of the campaign.
And the Daily Express (through the Daily star) now say that Lampard has his eye on four players in particular as he plans to spend money in January.
With Zinedine Zidane trying to buy Christian Eriksen from Tottenham, there is a chance Lampard will go to Isco.
A replacement for Eden Hazard is high on Lampard and Chelsea's agenda, however, with the report claiming Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho, RB Leipzig's Timo Werner and Crystal Palace's Wilfried Zaha.
