Since Disney has announced that Kevin Feige will direct the new Star Wars movie, everyone has been guessing that it will be the "great actor / actress" Feige mentioned wanting to take to the next installment of the saga.
He stated that he would have even spoken to the actor or actress in question, and shortly afterwards speculation about who it would be was around Chris Evans (he recently said he wants to participate in a Star Wars movie) and Robert Downey Jr. .
The reason is it would be simple: the two starred in Marvel movies and their characters (respectively Captain America and Iron Man) are no longer active in the stories. That is, they would be free for new roles.
But the name of Brie Larson, who gave life to Captain Marvel, made the list after the actress made a Twitter post that appears as a jedi, holding a lightsaber next to C-3PO.
The caption puzzled many people: "Someone said Star Wars," wrote the actress. Now, all that remains is to wait for scenes from the upcoming rumors about the movie.
Feige's feature is in its infancy and was not even officially announced by Lucasfilm.
Larson is the next protagonist of the Warner Bros. drama. Just Mercy, which opens on December 25 in theaters.
